Grosvenor, a privately owned international property group, announced it has received Zoning Commission approval on a new multifamily building for the Washington D.C. market. The new seven-story building will serve as the major component of the company’s redevelopment project known as 3300 Whitehaven Street, located just off Wisconsin Avenue in Georgetown.
